I have 8 years of professional experience specialising in natural nail health, BIAB, rubber base, gel extensions and hand painted nail art.
My most popular service is the rubber base or BIAB manicure on natural nail length, to help grow and keep nails strong and long lasting.
All manicures at Lulus Beauty include cuticle tidy + cuticle prep / exfoliation with
E File using high end diamond bits. And finished with one colour of your choice.
I have an extensive range of more than 160+ professional only salon quality gel polish colours. Glitters, nail stamping plates & on trend nail art supplies.
I only use high quality disposable files & buffers, professional only gel products and E File / prep tools to ensure safe and long lasting results.
The brand I love and use is Azure Tan, also available in self tan for those who like to tan at home.
1-4 hour development time, with a range of beautiful colour bases (green or violet base) to suit all skin tones, for a natural or dark brown tan.
I supply disposable g strings, sticky feet and hair nets. All of our spray tans are a double coat, and are set dry with a complimentary setting powder.

As a small business and Lulus Beauty NZ being my only source of income, I do need to have a cancellation and no show policy in place.
CANCELATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
To ensure that you never forget an appointment, Lulus Beauty NZ will send 2 reminders out prior to your appointment. You will receive an email 72 hours prior to your appointment, which allows you to reschedule before the 48 hour cancelation policy.
You will also be sent an email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
No cancellations, changes to services or reschedules allowed within 48hrs of the appointment.
Please contact Lulus Beauty NZ more than 48hrs prior to canceling/rescheduling your appointment, so I have the opportunity to fill/swap the appointment with someone else.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will occur a fee of 50% of the service(s) you booked.
Any no shows/cancellations or reschedules on the day of your appointment will occur a fee of 100% of the service(s) you booked.
The cancellation/reschedule or no show fee will be invoiced to you via email & any outstanding fees must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Failure to do so will result in all future appointments being cancelled or declined.
COVID 19 / SICKNESS POLICY:
Please never come to an appointment if you are sick. We work within very close proximity to you which means it is crucial that you contact us to reschedule/cancel as soon as possible if you suspect you are unwell.
If you test positive for covid, please stay home and contact me as soon as possible to reschedule/cancel your appointment.
If you fail to reschedule/cancel and show up to an appointment unwell, you will be sent home immediately and invoiced for the full service you were booked in for.
I ask that if you do need to reschedule due to sickness that you provide adequate notice where possible, in instances where this is not possible, our cancellation policy applies.
I understand that it is not your fault if you get sick, but as a small business we cannot afford the financial burden cancellations have on Lulus Beauty NZ.
APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows.
No parking on the driveway, please park on the road.
When you arrive please wait in your car and I will text you when it’s ok to come in for your appointment.
Most of our appointments run back to back, if I am running ahead/ behind schedule I will let you know.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your nail appointment I may need to reschedule/cancel your appointment or exclude nail art from the service booked.
Please contact me at least 10 minutes before your appointment time if you are running late.
If your appointment is unable to be completed due to being more than 15 minutes late, the cancellation policy will apply.
Lulus Beauty NZ is closed and no longer taking bookings.
I kindly ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment, due to health and safety measures in the salon.
This is your time to relax, be pampered and enjoy your experience instead of feeling stressed trying to keep an eye on them.
I prefer to work one on one to give you my full attention for the best results.

Please note a $2.50 fee is applied to all Afterpay and credit card transactions.
Yes, a non refundable deposit required for new clients and group bookings.
50% non refundable deposit must be paid within 24hrs for all online bookings, unless advised otherwise. If the deposit is not paid when booking your appointment request may be canceled.
You will receive a confirmation email which includes the bank account details for payment.
Please check your junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation email.
The deposit is non-refundable/transferable if you cancel your appointment.
You can reschedule once only more than 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Do not use your nails as tools! This will cause weakness which leads to chipping and breakages. Using your nails to open anything can add stress to your nails causing them to chip and snap.
If you frequently tap your nails, small vibrations are sent up your nails which can cause them to crack and lift away from your natural nail.
NEVER pick of peel off your product, this will damage your natural nail.If you do pick, pull or pop the nails off then you will leave white lines and tears on your nails which will be obvious to any trained nail technician.
Be especially careful for the first 24 hours after application.
Avoid long periods of time in water - washing dishes, baths, swimming and spa pools.
Always wear gloves when washing up, cleaning or doing gardening.
Wash hands thoroughly after contact with chlorine, sunscreen, insect repellent and body lotions.
Hair colour, purple shampoo, fake tan, coloured foods and other chemicals can cause staining to gel polish.
Matte topcoats are more pores than glossy top coats and are more likely to stain so keep this in mind when you have matte nails.
If your nails do get marked or stained, giving them a quick clean with acetone will help to remove this without compromising the quality of the gel.
Builder gel or rubber bases are a great product to use underneath your gel polish, to add strength and protection to your nail. This also helps the gel polish last longer.
We strongly recommend the use of a good cuticle oil daily (ideally 2-3 times a day). Cuticle oil keeps the natural nail hydrated and healthy under your product and will help to keep your Gel Polish lasting longer, as the healthier the natural nail is the longer your product will last.
It will also help to keep the product flexible and moving with the natural nail which in turn helps the product last longer as it means it is less likely to crack or split!
Return for regular professional manicures every 3-4 weeks.
Lulus Beauty NZ does not take responsibility for any allergies or fungal infections.If you have allergies to adhesive products or have had a reaction to any nail service in the past please let me know prior to your appointment.
I will not work on nails that have signs of fungal infection and will refer you to see a doctor.
All of our tools used are cleaned and disinfected in hospital grade solutions to ensure the best hygiene for our clients.
I also use disposable nail files and buffers. It is important that you clean your nails after gardening etc so that dirt doesn't get trapped underneath your gel which can cause infections.
